Sunshine is very personable. She has been with PTC for as long as I've been a member. Easily 10+ years. I trust her to handle my travel arrangements from cruises to a once in a lifetime trip to Hawaii! As a for instance:: My SO & I flew to Hawaii a few years ago & Sunshine assisted in arranging airfare, car rental, hotel, tours, etc. There ended up being a mix up in our hotel reservation. Sunshine was on the phone immediately & was able to get things straightened out. And during her conversation with the hotel, she was able to get us a free room upgrade with a fabulous view! We also just returned from a Carnival Cruise to the Caribbean. She was able to save us hundreds of dollars & also got us a wonderful upgrade to a Spa Balcony Cabin. Sunshine has assisted us in booking countless vacations! She is a great asset to PTC & we hope she remains a happy employee for many years to come.
