It was really easy to send in a price request for our new Frigidaire stove. The price offered was just over $100 less than the best price we could find. Customer service is the best we have encountered from any company that I have ever used in my lifetime. An actual person answers after one or two rings. This is unheard of. We have already requested a price check for a Kohler faucet. Not sure what is next.

Placed requests on Friday afternoon and heard back on Monday morning. Called with a couple of questions and then sent in info sheet to book cruise. Very happy with service. Pricing was very good also. Next will be another cruise booking or purchase chairs.
