Summer Savings 2014
It’s a great start to the summer here at Professional Travel Center. Today we have some new feedback to share from a few members regarding their experiences with the program. While most people tell us they are initially quite skeptical of the program when they first join, those feelings are always quickly reversed once members are able to reach our friendly staff regarding any inquiries.
Brent M. shared this sentiment by stating “an actual person answered the phone within four rings, not put on hold once, and [he] can understand the person on the other end of the telephone line”. Brent also said that customer service was “very responsive, very polite, and very knowledgeable”.
Robert K. stated that his customer service representative “exceeded [his] expectations because [he] is seeing the cost savings [he] hoped to get”.
Mike G. said the most positive part of his experience with booking travel was “The way I was treated by Amanda. Truly a very positive experience. I don’t work with anyone else. She knows my needs and gets back within 24 hours of my request.” Mike also said the reason he felt his expectations were exceeded was due to “great customer service, friendly and committed to performing her job with the highest degree of professionalism”.
Theresa W. appreciated the “efficiency” during her booking, but was especially satisfied because “Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past with most companies. Refreshing to have a pleasant and knowledgeable person to speak with live”.
