Springing Into Savings
Hello Professional Travel Center Members & Guests,
It’s the beginning of spring and we’re just as excited as ever to pass on great savings to all members, new & old. Today we have some great feedback we’d like to share from some of our members, many expressing their appreciation of great customer service and prices. We love making our members happy, and we also let them do the talking.
Alan G. told us that he got ” (a) good price and full service” along with “quick explanations and full travel details”.
Suzanne G. said she “just purchased a cruise for (her) family” and that she “was pleased that (their) price was approximately $2000 less than the quoted price”.
Angela H. stated in regard to her experience with customer service that she “hopes that she can continue to contact Amanda for (her) travel needs” and that if Amanda is her rep that “she has exceeded (her) expectations”.
Thomas B. simply stated that the positive part of his experience was “finding the right flight at the right price”.
Jennifer M. replied that she “I received pricing information back in a timely manner and was able to make a decision about a purchase in a day.” and also said there were “great deals compared to retail pricing”.
Finally Joseph A. stated this regarding customer service ” Took time to answer all my questions and everyone spoke clear English”.
